Instead, when you place an order, we purchase the item from a third-party supplier who then ships it directly to you. Our dropshipping model means that your products ship directly from our trusted suppliers. This may result in slightly longer shipping times compared to traditional retail, and in some cases, you might receive multiple packages if your order contains items from different suppliers. Rest assured that we carefully select our suppliers for quality and reliability.

While we don't physically handle every product, we thoroughly vet our suppliers and regularly review product quality through sample orders and customer feedback. We only partner with suppliers who meet our strict quality standards for sensory products, and we stand behind everything we sell with our satisfaction guarantee.

Dropshipping allows us to focus on what we do best: curating high-quality sensory products and providing expert guidance on their use. By eliminating the need for warehouse space and inventory management, we can offer a more diverse range of specialized sensory tools and pass the savings on to you.

If you receive a defective product, our return policy still applies. Simply contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we'll work directly with our suppliers to arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, regardless of our fulfillment method.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide through our dropshipping partners. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that not all suppliers ship to all countries, so product availability may vary by location.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35. International orders over £75 may qualify for free or discounted shipping depending on the destination.

Once your order ships from our dropshipping partners, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may become available only after the supplier has processed your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll coordinate with our dropshipping partners to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In some cases, our suppliers may contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Weighted blankets and certain sensory products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, please visit the "Returns" section of our website or contact our customer service team. You'll need your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
